Private Lessons
Within the structured and encouraging atmosphere for participants to achieve success while learning at their own pace, private lesson opportunities are available for recreational and competitive gymnasts. Participants receive one-on-one coaching according to their skill level and goals.
Competitive Gymnastics
Our competitive gymnastics team participates in the AAU League’s Xcel Program, engaging in sanctioned meets throughout the competitive season in addition to regular training time. Each invited gymnast is placed into a training group based on a combination of their age and competitive level. Please contact the office for your gymnast’s training group placement.
NEW! Recreational Team
This team allows invited gymnasts an introductory experience to competitive gymnastics with the regular schedule commitment of a recreational class.
